Keith Gendreau is a Project Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Consulting group. Mr. Gendreau’s expertise is centered on corporate location strategy, site selection, labor market and demographic analyses. Based in Minneapolis, Mr. Gendreau joined C&W in 2010 and is responsible for managing industrial site selection projects ranging from several million to $1 billion+ capital investments.
Mr. Gendreau has over 12 years experience and conducted over 100 project-related assignments in locating both industrial and corporate office clients throughout North America. Recent manufacturing projects managed include siting an automotive assembly plant in Nevada, along with a variety of large and mid-sized production facilities for industries ranging from chemicals, neutracuticals, food production, plastics, glass, among others. Mr. Gendreau has also devised and led location studies for large-scale e-commerce and regional distribution centers for major retailers. Additionally, Mr. Gendreau has significant direct project experience in executing location screens for corporate headquarters, back office (insurance processing, customer service, billing & collection, etc.), data centers, and other business process outsourcing operations.
