Rajeev Thakur is a Senior Managing Director in the Location Strategy practice of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Mr. Thakur leads the Market Access and Labor Analytics group at NGKF. He has managed and completed many major location strategy and site selection engagements for clients across many industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology as well as functions such as back office and call centers, and headquarters in North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. Mr. Thakur is also engaged in developing target industry and business attraction strategies for economic development agencies across the United States.
Prior to joining NGKF, Mr. Thakur was a management consultant in Deloitte’s Global Expansion & Optimization practice. Other past experience includes workplace strategy, real estate portfolio optimization, and enterprise cost reduction related to real estate assets and workforce. Prior to becoming a site selection consultant, Mr. Thakur had a career as an architect and urban planning consultant and managed large commercial mixed use development projects. Mr. Thakur worked with leading Architecture firms such as HOK and SOM in their workplace consulting practices.
