The Gold Sponsorship provides the greatest opportunity for exclusive visibility and access during and after the Annual Conference. It also reserves up to five Sponsorship Attendee seats for the Annual Conference (three complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,950) and provides an exclusive opportunity to privately present to and network with Guild Members.

Appreciation:

  • Logo Placement: The organization’s logo is displayed inside the front or back cover of the on-site Conference program or in a similar, very notable location, and also near the top of a single page in the Conference program that lists all Conference sponsors. The organization’s logo will also be displayed on the Conference website and in the General Session on a scrolling PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
  • Advertisement: Complimentary full page advertisement in the on-site Conference program.
  • Recognition: Verbal recognition and thank you by the Guild Chairman and/or other Guild officials at the Opening Session, networking lunches, dinner and Conference closing.
  • Organizational Profile: A quarter page description (maximum 250 words) of the organization in the Conference program using content provided by the Sponsor.

Attendance:

  • Three complimentary, non-transferrable Annual Conference registrations that are not subject to any capacity restrictions and do not include accommodations, etc.
  • Opportunity to purchase two, non-transferable Annual Conference registrations at the full registration price of $1,950 each. These registrations are not subject to any capacity restrictions and do not include accommodations, etc.

Access:

  • The opportunity to host (at the Sponsor’s expense) a private lunch and networking event with up to 10 Guild Members on Wednesday, March 15th, immediately following the last formal Conference session. If desired, the luncheon can also provide Sponsors with the opportunity to deliver a presentation about their organization and/or region followed by Q&A with those Guild Members whom each Sponsor is hosting.
  • Recognition as “co-host” of the Monday evening Welcome Reception and the opportunity to provide napkins (5”x5”) with the organization’s logo to be used at the Reception.
  • The use of one (6’x30”) tabletop in a premium location adjacent to the main meeting rooms and break area on which to display information and marketing collateral. All displays must meet the approval of the Guild’s Conference Manager.

The Silver Sponsorship brings with it the opportunity for very high levels of recognition. Benefits include reservation of up to five Sponsorship Attendee seats at the Annual Conference (two complimentary and three available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,950 each). This opportunity also allows private access to the Guild Members at an exclusive Silver Sponsor cocktail event to be held on Tuesday, March 14th.

Appreciation:

  • Logo Placement: The organization’s logo is to be displayed in a highly visible position in the on-site Conference program, below those of the Gold Sponsors, on a single page that lists all Conference sponsors. The organization’s logo will also be displayed on the Conference website and in the General Session on a scrolling PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
  • Advertisement: Complimentary half page advertisement in the on-site Conference program.
  • Recognition: Verbal recognition and thank you by the Guild Chairman and/or other Guild Members at opening session and Conference closing.
  • Organizational Profile: A quarter page description (maximum 250 words) of the organization in the Conference program using content provided by the Sponsor.

The Dinner and Talent Show Sponsorship offers significant visibility at one of the Conference’s most lengthy signature events and entitles the Sponsor to as many as four Conference registrations (one complimentary, and three available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,950 each).

Appreciation:

  • Logo Placement: The organization’s logo is to be displayed on a single page in the Conference program that lists all sponsors and will also be displayed in the General Session area on a scrolling PowerPoint.
  • Advertisement: Complimentary one quarter page ad in the on-site Conference program.
  • Recognition: Verbal recognition and thank you before and during the Dinner and Talent Show portions of the evening. Opportunity to act as “guest Emcee” during the beginning of the Talent Show. Introduction of the talent is not considered a “guest Emcee” duty.


Attendance:

  • One complimentary, non-transferrable Annual Conference registration that is not subject to any capacity restrictions and does not include accommodations, etc.

  • Ability to act as “guest Emcee” for a select portion of the Talent Show. A script will be provided.

The Wake Up Breakfast Sponsorship level provides an opportunity to brand the first event of every Conference day and reserves up to two Sponsor Attendee seats at the Annual Conference (available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,950 each).

  • The use of a banner, tabletop cards or other collateral to be displayed at the food and beverage stations. Collateral must be coordinated with the Guild’s Conference Manager and provided by the Breakfast Sponsor.
  • Ability to brand the Breakfast as “Wake Up with (Organization’s Name)”.

The Key Card Sponsorship level offers visibility to all attendees and reserves up to two Sponsor Attendee seats at the Annual Conference (available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,950 each).

Appreciation:

  • Logo Placement: The organization’s logo is to be displayed on the Key Cards provided by the hotel to all guests staying at the host property.  The organization will provide the approved logo to the Conference Manager.  The Conference Manager will coordinate production and distribution of Key Cards.  In addition, the organization’s logo is to be displayed on a single page in the Conference program that lists all sponsors and will also be displayed in the General Session area on a scrolling PowerPoint.

Attendance:
