A native of South Africa, Monty has been advising corporate location decisions for almost a decade specializing in capital-, labor-, and resource-intensive manufacturing. He has executed projects all across North America, as well as South America, Europe, and Asia for both U.S. and foreign-owned companies looking to invest within the United States and abroad.

Monty is known for leading some of the most complex location decisions involving numerous stakeholder groups and exotic siting criteria. His particular focus has been on capital-, utility-, and logistics-intensive projects in advanced manufacturing, chemicals, composite materials, metals, and life sciences industries.

An avid traveler, Monty holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and South Africa. His traveling companions include his wife, Carrie, and daughter, Emmie. Outside of the office, you’ll probably find Monty attending a sporting event or exploring the many facets of Greenville, SC. Monty also participates as a Board Member on the Furman University Rugby Foundation.
