As principal and vice president of site selection, Sarah leads site selection projects and the firm’s overall consulting strategy. She advises companies on making informed location strategy decisions that drive growth and success. Sarah also oversees business development, scope, forecasting, and project processes for the consulting team.

Sarah has worked in site selection and economic development her entire career. She served her home state for three years at the South Carolina Department of Commerce’s Coordinating Council for Economic Development, where she supported incentive granting activities. Sarah then spent a decade in site selection at McCallum Sweeney Consulting and Quest Site Solutions, a spin-off of McCallum Sweeney, where she advised both industrial companies and economic development clients on location strategy.

She is a proud member of the prestigious Site Selectors Guild, the only association of the world’s foremost professional site selection consultants. Sarah enjoys matching companies and communities for mutual, sustainable prosperity and speaks at site selection and economic development conferences regularly.

Sarah holds dual bachelor’s degrees in management and marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She and her husband, David, have two children that keep them on their toes. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and visits to their family farm.
