Tara is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Real Estate & Location Strategy market offering.  She advises clients on how to leverage real estate and location decisions to enter new markets, improve access to talent, reduce risk and decrease structural costs.

With 13 years at Deloitte, Tara has industry experience primarily in Life Sciences (Pharma & Medtech), Technology and Consumer/Retail.  Areas of expertise include market entry strategy, location screening and down-selection, shared service, manufacturing and HQ site selection, operating model design, footprint optimization, labor market analysis, business case development and incentives negotiation.  Tara’s primary area of focus is Global Business Services (GBS) site selection in Americas, APAC and EMEA.

Tara is the lead architect of Deloitte’s proprietary site selection tool (D.Footprint).  She has field experience in the Americas, Asia and Europe.
