Attendee Registration set to open September 23, 2014

LITTLE ROCK, AR (August 12, 2014) – Site Selectors Guild Inc. President Jerry Szatan announced today that the world’s largest association of business location experts will convene its 2015 Annual Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico on February 23-25, 2015. The event will draw hundreds of economic development professionals, member site selection consultants, and their guests to the Condado Plaza Hilton Hotel overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and San Juan’s Condado Lagoon. The gathering will be hosted by PRIDCO – the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to assemble in Puerto Rico in 2015 and are pleased to have such fine support from PRIDCO,” said Szatan, “We know that San Juan will provide a memorable experience for Guild members and our conference attendees.” Conference goers will participate in professional programming focused on key site selection trends and issues impacting today’s economy, as well as enjoy many opportunities for informal interaction with the world’s top site selection consultants and each other during various networking events. “Puerto Rico’s warm climate, historic and natural attractions, and vibrant cultural resources will provide a stimulating backdrop and landscape for the networking opportunities at our conference,” said Szatan.

“Puerto Rico is ready to host the Site Selectors Guild during their annual conference”, said Governor Alejandro García Padilla. “We are proud to be the host destination of this international event that provides a unique opportunity to showcase all the advantages that Puerto Rico offers as an investment destination, demonstrating the efforts that we are driving to position ourselves in global discussions of economic development significance. As we move forward on our economic development roadmap, this conference represents an important milestone that will drive relevant industry discussions and opportunities to Puerto Rico.”

Application for registration for the conference will open on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 1pm Eastern.
