The Site Selectors Guild is hiring its next Managing Director — a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic, forward-looking organization at the center of global economic development. The next Managing Director will guide the Guild into its next chapter, working closely with its members—an elite group of global site selection professionals — to shape the future of corporate location strategy and economic growth.
The Guild’s current Managing Director Carrie Kelly has played a key role in expanding Guild programming, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing member engagement. Kelly has accepted a new leadership position within the economic development field. She said it has been an “incredible privilege” to be a part of the Site Selectors Guild.
“It’s been an honor to serve as Managing Director of the Site Selectors Guild during such a pivotal time of the organization’s growth and transformation,” said Kelly. “Together with our members and the board, we’ve elevated the Guild’s impact and built a strong foundation for the future. I’m proud of where we stand today and confident that the Guild is well-positioned for the next leader to step in and continue that momentum.”
The Guild’s Board of Directors is now accepting applications for its next Managing Director and seeking a candidate who is a proactive, hands-on leader to manage Guild initiatives, build strong relationships, and ensure excellence across all programs and operations. Details on the position and application process can be found here. For inquiries or to express interest in the role, please contact the Guild’s Board Chair, Michelle Comerford, at [email protected].
