The Site Selectors Guild proudly announces Las Vegas, Nevada as the host for the organization’s 2027 Guild Spring Conference, taking place March 3–5, 2027. The Spring Conference is the Guild’s flagship annual event, bringing together the globe’s leading professional site selection consultants and over 400 economic development leaders for focused dialogue, knowledge sharing, and relationship-building.
Las Vegas was selected for its global accessibility, hospitality infrastructure, thriving business climate and outstanding public and private leadership, making it a prime venue for conversations centered on corporate location strategy and investment decision-making. In particular, the hard work of and collaboration with Danielle Casey and the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) team made the Guild’s selection of Las Vegas an easy one.
“Las Vegas offers an outstanding environment for the 2027 Guild Spring Conference, combining scale, global reach, and a business ecosystem that continues to diversify,” said Larry Gigerich, Site Selectors Guild board chair and executive managing director at Ginovus. “The Guild Spring Conference is designed to foster open and strategic conversations between site selection professionals and economic development leaders, and Las Vegas provides the environment and momentum to support those interactions.”
In addition to its reputation as a premier meeting and hospitality destination, Clark County and the Las Vegas region has attracted increased corporate investment across industries including sports, clean energy, fintech, and biotech. Competitive operating costs, favorable tax structures, deep talent pool and continued infrastructure investments have strengthened the region’s profile among companies evaluating Western U.S. markets.
These dynamics align closely with the themes explored during the Guild Spring Conference, which focuses on how corporations assess risk, readiness, and long-term competitiveness when making location decisions.
“Hosting the 2027 Site Selectors Guild Spring Conference brings the decision-makers behind corporate location strategy directly into our market,” said Danielle Casey, President and CEO of the LVGEA. “For LVGEA, this is about more than showcasing Southern Nevada. It’s about meaningful engagement, where we can share our strengths while also listening and learning from the consultants who advise companies every day. The insights gained through those conversations and conference sessions will help us continue refining our approach, strengthening our competitiveness, and ensuring our region is aligned with what companies need to succeed long term.”
The Guild Spring Conference is intentionally structured to deliver high-value content for participating economic development organizations. With an eight to one ratio of attendees to Guild Members, the conference and its sponsorship packages emphasize substantive engagement and allows economic developers to interact directly with site selection consultants who advise corporate decision-makers around the world.
The conference provides:
- Direct access to top site selection consultants in a highly focused relationship-driven setting
- Insight into corporate priorities, location decision criteria, and emerging site selection trends
- Opportunities to build long-term relationships beyond traditional conference formats
Along with multiple general and breakout session topics, the 2027 Guild Spring Conference agenda will feature the return of the Dialogue Series, a structured one-on-one networking format to meet directly with multiple Guild Members in a single hour, and the State of Site Selection Pulse Check report which offers data-driven insights into current corporate investment behavior.
“Hosting the 2027 Site Selectors Guild Spring Conference is a defining moment for Southern Nevada and a powerful validation of the momentum we’re building as a globally competitive business destination,” said Lauri Perdue, Board Chair of the LVGEA. “This conference brings the world’s top site selection consultants directly to our region, creating an unparalleled opportunity to showcase our strengths, deepen relationships, and position the Las Vegas Region at the forefront of corporate investment conversations. It’s not just about hosting an event, it’s about demonstrating that Southern Nevada is where forward-thinking companies come to grow, innovate, and succeed.”

We’re excited to showcase how our community is setting a new standard for where—and how—business thrives.”
