The Site Selectors Guild announced the advancement of two Associate members to Full member status. Guild members Ford Graham and Sydney August are now officially advanced to Full members based on their demonstration of seven years of professional site selection experience. The Guild, the only association of the world’s foremost professional site selection consultants, is now comprised of 65 Full members, three Associate members, and three Emeritus members.
Guild membership is the highest standard in the corporate site selection industry. All members must be actively engaged as site selection professionals and adhere to the Code of Conduct established by the Site Selectors Guild. At least seven years of business location strategy experience is required of Full members and three years’ experience is required of Associate members.

Ford Graham
Ford Graham, IMBA, Esq., is a senior vice president on McGuireWoods Consulting’s national infrastructure & economic development team and a partner with McGuireWoods LLP. He has extensive experience in economic development, having facilitated over 132 projects, resulting in 13,000+ new jobs and $38.9 billion in investments. Graham specializes in helping companies open or expand operations in the U.S., providing legal and strategic support. Previously, he was a partner at K&L Gates LLP and served as director of global business development and director of international strategy & trade for the South Carolina Department of Commerce. Graham speaks Spanish and Portuguese and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala.
Sydney August
Sydney August is a Senior Director within CBRE’s Americas Consulting site selection practice. Her extensive experience with location analysis and economic incentive negotiation allows her to match companies and communities for mutual, long-term success. Sydney specializes in workforce strategy, financial analysis, and site due diligence. She works across various asset/project types, including corporate headquarters relocations, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. She is experienced in relocation, expansion, and new operation site selection decisions.
