SITE SELECTORS GUILD CONTINUES EXPANSION:
Six Members Added to the Elite Roster

LITTLE ROCK, AR (January 27, 2016) – Six elite site selection professionals have been accepted into The Site Selectors Guild Inc. (SSG), the world’s leading consortium of location advisory consultants, after a comprehensive vetting process. With the induction of these six members for 2016, the organization’s membership reaches a new high of 42 and truly represents the world’s best site selection professionals.

The new members include:

Keith Gendreau, Manager at C&W Strategic Consulting
Keith Gendreau is a project manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Consulting group. He joined C&W in 2010 and has since managed industrial selection projects ranging from several million to over $1 billion capital investments. His expertise centers on corporate location strategy, site selection, labor market and demographic analyses. With more than 12 years of experience, Gendreau has conducted over 100 project-related assignments in locating both industrial and corporate office clients throughout North America.

Elias van Herwaarden, EMEA Service Leader with Deloitte’s Global Location Strategies
Elias van Herwaarden has 25 years of experience in location consulting and has assisted over 500 clients with international site selection, footprint optimization and corporate restructuring. His work has led him to 44 countries and over 250 cities around the globe. For the last 10 years, he has been part of Deloitte’s Shared Services Leadership team where he lectures on International Business Strategy at KU Leuven University and Brussels University College.

Seth Martindale, Managing Director at CBRE Consulting Economic Incentives Group
Seth Martindale is a managing director with the Economic Incentives and Location Analysis practice within CBRE Consulting. His extensive background and experience with economic incentive negotiation provides a beneficial set of skills that assist clients in acquiring the most advantageous incentives offer. Martindale’s work also includes providing financial support in the analysis and evaluation of incentive offers from state and local jurisdictions.

Scott Redabaugh, Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Business Consulting Group
With nearly 20 years of experience, Redabaugh delivers expertise in location footprint optimization, business process redeployment strategy, location, and labor market strategy for SG&A, customer service, HQ, R&D, sales, and business case development. He assists organizations with the configuration of their location footprint to achieve structural cost, workforce and operating objectives. Redabaugh serves on the Editorial Board of Area Development Magazine, and has spoken at numerous industry events on the topic of site selection and location strategy.

Ulrich Schmidt, Managing Director in KPMG LLP’s Global Location and Expansion Services
Schmidt began his career at a multi-state utility company focusing on attracting foreign-based companies to the United States. He joined KPMG’s GLES practice in 2000, and works with companies on the entire business process, from developing location strategies and service delivery models, to site assessments, incentives negotiation and structuring for new and existing company investments. Schmidt has over 18 years of experience in working with global businesses on location analysis, site selection, multi-state tax issues, and business incentives.

Rajeev Thakur, Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank
As leader of the market access and labor analytics group at NGKF, Thakur provides a robust background in managing major location strategy and site selection projects for financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and technology clients. His skills include market entry and workforce strategy, site evaluation, field due diligence, development feasibility, financial modeling, labor market and workforce analysis, and process design and improvement.
