REDI Sites and Site Selectors Guild Expand Teams with Key Hires

The Site Selectors Guild and REDI Sites are pleased to announce the addition of Nicki Dallison as Program Administrator for REDI Sites and Kate Porter as Operations Manager Assistant, supporting both REDI Sites and the Site Selectors Guild. Their combined expertise in program and project management and operations will enhance both organizations’ ability to support members of the Site Selectors Guild and site readiness efforts.

Nicki Dallison joins REDI Sites with extensive experience in program development, project management, and data-driven decision-making. With a background in sustainability and logistics at Walmart, she developed and automated reporting systems while streamlining operations. Most recently, she served as the Business Development Officer and Downtown Manager at the Great Falls Development Alliance. She holds an MBA from John Brown University and has completed the Basic Economic Development Course with IEDC. Nicki is enthusiastic about making REDI Sites successful and working with a start-up. She resides in Great Falls, Montana, and enjoys skijoring with her dogs during the winter!

Kate Porter is based in Gilbert, Arizona, and has over 12 years of experience in administrative management, customer support, human resources, and accounting. She has worked in support and operations roles at MAI Wealth Management and Horizon Strategies. While at Horizon Strategies, she also helped coordinate large-scale events and initiatives. Kate earned a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She holds an Arizona Real Estate License from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business and has an Arizona Teaching Certificate in Education. Additionally, Kate has her American Sailing Association Certification and enjoys sailing in her free time.
