Salisbury-Wicomico Economic Development, Inc. was formed in 1968 as a nonprofit corporation charged with strengthening and diversifying the economy of Salisbury and Wicomico County, Maryland through the retention, expansion and attraction of jobs and industries. We believe our efforts are enhanced through our public-private partnership structure as both sectors benefit from a stronger economy and both possess unique resources. Together, expertise and resources are combined for the greater good.
