October 15, 2026

The Site Selectors Guild is pleased to announce that St. Louis, Missouri, will host the 2027 Guild Fall Forum, taking place September 13-15, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.

The Guild Fall Forum is an exclusive, high-impact event designed for economic developers seeking direct access to 30 of the world’s leading site selection experts. With a uniquely intimate ratio of just eight economic developers per Guild Member, the Fall Forum offers opportunities for meaningful engagement, candid conversations and strategic networking. Through educational programming and one-on-one interactions, attendees gain valuable insights into the factors shaping investment, expansion and location strategy across North America and beyond.

St. Louis was selected for its unique combination of industrial heritage and sophisticated manufacturing, major infrastructure assets, emerging technology cluster and ongoing efforts to translate these assets into economic growth. As a major logistics hub situated at the crossroads of the nation’s rail, roadway, air and inland waterway networks, the region has long played a critical role in connecting businesses to domestic and global markets.

“St. Louis reflects many of the opportunities and challenges communities are navigating as they compete for investment in today’s economy,” said Larry Gigerich, Site Selectors Guild board chair and executive managing director at Ginovus. “It is a market with both a deep industrial legacy and a visible next chapter, creating a unique environment for learning and discussion. St. Louis is an ideal setting for the Fall Forum, where Guild Members and economic developers will exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and gain practical insights into the trends shaping location decisions.”

The Fall Forum is designed to foster meaningful connections and candid conversations between site selectors and economic developers. Through educational sessions, interactive discussions and networking events, attendees gain valuable perspectives on the challenges and opportunities influencing corporate investment decisions.

“Site selectors shape where companies grow and where good jobs land, and we can’t wait to give the best in the business a front-row seat to the St. Louis region,” said Ron Kitchens, managing partner of Greater St. Louis, Inc. “Our bi-state region is home to world-class strengths in life sciences, defense innovation, advanced manufacturing, and financial services, and we look forward to convening our region’s strongest advocates and economic development partners to make sure every Guild Member knows exactly why companies continue to choose St. Louis to grow and do business.”

Additional program details, registration information and sponsorship opportunities will be announced later this month.
