Gold Sponsor Dinners

• Date & time: The Gold sponsor dinners will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• Dinner assignments: Click on the button to view the Gold sponsor dinner details, which includes the sponsor, restaurant, transportation details and assigned Guild Members. The Gold sponsors have already been provided a list of who they’re hosting for dinner, so changes cannot be made to the assignments.
• Where to meet: Please meet the ARG team and Gold sponsor representatives in Brickyard AB (level 2 of the Grand Hyatt Nashville hotel) as early as 4:45 PM, but not later than 5:00 PM. You will depart for dinner once all Guild Members are with their assigned Gold sponsor so please do not be late!
• Attire:  Country music stage wear (which is the same theme for the Guild Partner Program event prior to the Gold sponsor dinners and the theme of the Welcome Reception immediately following the Gold sponsor dinners)
• Welcome Reception: The Gold sponsors have been instructed to bring Guild Members directly to the Welcome Reception at Ole Red at the conclusion of the Gold sponsor dinner.
