Taylor Gravois has more than 26 years of experience in site selection, site development, infrastructure development, and project management. With a multidisciplinary background in site selection, site development, economic development, engineering, and surveying, he offers clients a practical, strategic perspective on how complex projects move from early-stage planning to successful execution.

At Westwood, Taylor leads the firm’s site selection, economic development, and industrial initiatives. He partners with corporate clients, developers, and economic development organizations to evaluate opportunities, align stakeholders, and advance projects with confidence. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from initial site screening and due diligence through entitlement, design, and implementation.

Over the course of his career, Taylor has led more than 1,500 projects involving site selection, site readiness, site development, and infrastructure strategy. Recent projects include siting efforts and development strategy for major capital investments, including a $50 billion data center campus and a $6 billion manufacturing complex.

Taylor is also a recognized leader in the chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors, with particular expertise in low-carbon energy initiatives such as blue ammonia and hydrogen projects. He frequently works with international companies pursuing large foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in the United States, helping them navigate complex site selection and site development decisions with clarity and speed.  Past FDI clients include companies from Asia, Latin America, Japan, Netherlands, Sweeden, Australia, UAE, Germany and France.

As a Westwood shareholder, Taylor is focused on expanding the firm’s industrial platform and delivering integrated solutions for clients nationwide. Supported by Westwood’s national footprint of more than 50 offices across 15+ states, he leads the site selection practice group focused on executing site selection and site development projects with efficiency, precision, and a strong understanding of local and regional market dynamics.

PERSONAL NOTE

Taylor resides in Baton Rouge, LA with his wife Ashley of 20 years and three wonderful daughters. In addition to all of his daughter’s hobbies, Taylor’s hobbies include golf, fishing, travelling, real estate investing, and socializing with friends. Taylor is a life-long catholic and is active in his church community.
