Taylor specializes in location strategy, helping companies optimize location decisions to align with their long-term business objectives. He also partners with communities to enhance site readiness, positioning them to compete for and win transformative economic development projects. By operating within CSRS’s full-service architectural and engineering framework, Taylor’s site selection group leverages deep technical expertise, delivering enhanced outcomes and innovative solutions.

Throughout his career, Taylor has successfully managed over 1,000 projects across site selection, land development, infrastructure, and real estate industries. His recent portfolio includes hyperscale data centers, large-scale manufacturing facilities, and major distribution centers. Additionally, Taylor is a recognized leader in the chemical and petrochemical sectors, with a strategic focus on low-carbon energy initiatives, such as blue ammonia and hydrogen projects.

​​Taylor resides in Baton Rouge, LA with his wife Ashley of 15 years and three wonderful daughters. In addition to all of his daughter’s hobbies, Taylor’s hobbies include golf, fishing, travelling, real estate investing, and socializing with friends. Taylor is a life-long catholic and is active in his church community.
