Ginovus is led by Larry Gigerich, a nationally recognized economic development leader with more than 30 years of local and state government, not-for-profit, and private sector experience.

Larry founded and leads Ginovus, a boutique site selection, location modeling, incentive procurement/compliance management, and economic development strategy professional services firm. The Ginovus team advises companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500 corporations to start-ups, through the entire life cycle of the site selection process.

Throughout his career, Larry has worked on approximately 600 economic development projects resulting in over $12 billion in capital investment, the creation of over 100,000 new jobs, and the retention of over 200,000 existing jobs.

His clients include Finish Line, Roche Diagnostics, Stripe, XPO Logistics, and Zimmer Biomet.

Named by Governing Magazine as one of the nation’s best economic development officials, Larry is a sought-after speaker and panelist at economic development and site selection conferences throughout North America.

Prior to founding Ginovus in 2002, Larry worked in a variety of economic development leadership positions, including Deputy Director of Business Development for the Indiana Department of Commerce, Senior Advisor to the Mayor of the City of Indianapolis for Economic and Workforce Development, and President & CEO of the Indianapolis Economic Development Corporation (Develop Indy and Indy Partnership). Additionally, Larry was instrumental in the launch and leadership of the Indianapolis and Central Indiana Technology Partnership (TechPoint), an initiative designed to nurture emerging and growing technology companies throughout Indiana.

Larry holds a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Economics from Indiana University.
