Currently principal of LFM Corporate Location Solutions, Larry’s expertise focuses on global location strategies and site selection across all industries, corporate real estate advisory services, economic development, and program management. He has 30 years of experience working with senior executives at the intersection of business strategy, product/market development, supply chain optimization, human resources/talent sourcing and real estate – in essence, the geography of organizations.
He also has extensive, industry-wide experience with business siting strategies across the spectrum of corporate operations. Projects typically are informed by broader business strategies and issues, including market expansion, supply chain optimization, capacity planning, M&A activity, new product development, workforce strategy and real estate portfolio optimization. Mr. Moretti also has extensive experience guiding economic development organizations in their business attraction strategies. Geographic experience includes projects across the Americas, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Frequent writer and speaker on topics pertaining to corporate geography, economic development marketing and site selection.

PERSONAL NOTE
Larry was formerly Director of Global Location Strategy at Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for developing and managing the strategic framework and organizational model for geographic location investment for one of the world’s largest technology companies with among the largest site portfolios.
Prior to HP, Larry held multiple leadership and project management roles at Deloitte Consulting’s specialized Global Expansion Optimization practice, including three years building and leading Deloitte’s European site selection and economic development consulting practice in Brussels. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Moretti was a Director at Fantus Consulting.
Larry has a Masters of Urban Planning degree from NYU, a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University, and post-graduate training in real estate appraisal and analysis.
