As a full-service firm, our services extend into the architectural, engineering, and program management arenas allowing CSRS to assist our clients from project inception/planning to siting and into construction and startup.
Partnering with state and regional EDOs, CSRS focuses on enhancing the inventory of products (build-ready sites) through the identification of quality sites and the design and implementation of a quality site certification program. With additional offices in New Orleans and Lake Charles, LA and Dallas, TX, our team brings expertise in site selection, site due diligence, economic development strategy development, incentive negotiations, workforce analysis, permitting, site civil and geotechnical engineering, owner’s engineer representation, and program and grants management to all of our projects.

PERSONAL NOTE
Ron holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University with postgraduate studies in numerous fields from portfolio management and welding to art and real estate.
Ron has been an active member/committee member of numerous highly regarded national and regional industrial organizations for 25+ years. He was a founding member of the Business Advisory Board of the local community college system (10+ years) and was on the LSU Civil/Environmental Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Boards (12 years.) Lastly, Ron was a founding member of the Educational Advisory Board for a major inner-city high school in Baton Rouge for 12-years.
