Scott is a Washington, DC-based Managing Director of JLL’s Location Consulting practice. Over a 25-year career, Scott has helped a wide array of organizations successfully navigate their location investment decisions and implantation in the marketplace. Scott’s areas of expertise include enterprise footprint optimization, location strategy, site selection, talent market analytics, real estate portfolio strategy and business case development. He has worked across all corporate functions including Headquarters, Technology, Manufacturing, Assembly, Warehouse/Logistics, Technology, Research & Development, and Customer Support. In addition to advising corporate clients, Scott has helped economic development agencies and development entities evaluate their sites and local assets to create business attraction messages and value propositions.
While focused on North America, Scott is frequently called upon by multinational clients to lead efforts with JLL international counterparts to devise a comprehensive, global location strategy which has included over 20 countries including: Australia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, and United Kingdom.
