With experience spanning a wide range of industries, Sydney has advised high-profile clients, particularly companies entering the U.S. market through foreign direct investment. Her work focuses on aligning location strategy with labor availability, supply chain performance, and infrastructure. She partners with state and local economic development organizations to structure competitive incentive packages.

PERSONAL NOTE

Before joining CBRE in 2017, Sydney began her career in the sciences. She studied marine biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and spent three years in Napa Valley working as an enologist specializing in flavor chemistry and production strategy for commercial wineries.

Originally from Los Angeles, Sydney relocated to Dallas in 2025 after building her career on the West Coast. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis and is currently learning mahjong.
