David is Managing Director at Newmark, focusing on location strategy, supply chain optimization, economic development, and incentives advisory in the EMEA region.  Over the last years, David has gained profound consulting experience in the fields of business strategy, internationalization, global footprint, supply chain management and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) for both private and public sector clients.

David has led numerous location strategy projects with a regional focus on Europe, particular the CEE region, as well as North America and the Middle East. His consulting approach and methodologies are customer-tailored and focus on long-term competitiveness, serving dynamic mid-sized companies and leading multinational firms in both manufacturing and service sector.

Moreover, David advises economic development organizations (EDOs) and investment promotion agencies (IPAs) on how to strategically position to attract FDI. He developed investment promotion strategies for various public sector clients (states, regions and cities) throughout Europe as well as globally and as a result shaped the influx of foreign investors in key economic hubs.

PERSONAL NOTE

David started his professional career as a management condultant at EAC International Consulting (Munich, Germany), where he focused on growth strategies, supply chain management and location advisory in emerging markets. At EAC, David started his track record of site selection projects and advised clients on location-decisions throughout Europe, the Middle East, and North America. After few years, David joined OCO Global (Berlin, Germany), where he had the opportunity to advise leading EDOs and IPAs on investment attraction strategies. Moreover, he founded and led a location advisory practice to support clients with site selection services in key global markets. In 2022, David joined Newmark as Managing Director based in Berlin, Germany.

David graduated from Copenhagen Business School (Copenhagen, Denmark), where he earned his Master of Science in International Business. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany). David was born in Poland, grew up in Germany and lived in Denmark as well as Venezuela. He is fluent in English, German, Polish and Spanish.
