Brad brings nearly 30 years of experience in global strategy consulting, advising corporations and public agencies on business location strategy, site selection, economic incentives negotiations, and real estate portfolio optimization. His work spans all major asset types and global markets, helping organizations align facility decisions with long-term corporate objectives. He has led domestic and international facility strategy engagements, labor market evaluations, and complex incentive negotiations across a broad range of industries, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, alternative energy, automotive, financial and business services, food and beverage, life sciences, and retail distribution.

Brad has completed project work in nearly every U.S. state and has led on-the-ground assignments in more than 20 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with both global consulting firms and specialty advisory practices, including Deloitte Consulting and Newmark Global Strategy. His work focuses on helping organizations leverage the economics of geography to drive competitive advantage—integrating corporate strategy, operational requirements, and implementation execution into cohesive, results-driven location decisions.
