With a strong foundation in engineering and project management, she brings a diverse and data-driven perspective to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions. Ramya works with organizations across a wide range of industries to optimize real estate portfolios, align location strategies with workforce and business objectives, and enable sustainable growth. Her expertise spans global portfolio optimization, corporate headquarters relocation, and supply chain strategy. Prior to joining Newmark, she led industrial engineering initiatives at Bosch in India. Ramya holds a Master’s in Project Management from Illinois State University and a Master’s in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology, India
