Site Selectors Guild Fall Forum

Exclusive Opportunity for One-On-One Networking

Join us at the 2025 Fall Forum with the Site Selectors Guild – Indianapolis Awaits!

Mark your calendar and prepare for an unparalleled experience at the 2025 Fall Forum with the Site Selectors Guild taking place in the vibrant heart of Indianapolis, Indiana! This is your exclusive opportunity to connect directly with the world’s top location strategy experts, economic developers, and business leaders shaping the future of site selection and global investment. At the request of economic developers seeking more one-on-one access to site selectors, the Fall Forum is about half the size of the Guild’s Annual Conference. It boasts a ratio of eight economic developers to one site selector. Approximately half of the Guild’s members attend this event, creating a smaller, more close-knit conference atmosphere.

From October 1 – 3, 2025, the Forum will bring together the brightest minds in the industry for dynamic panel discussions, interactive roundtables, and high-impact networking sessions—all designed to spark new ideas, foster meaningful connections, and drive real results.  And, with Indy’s world-class hospitality, rich culture, and unbeatable Midwestern charm as your backdrop, this year’s Forum promises to be as inspiring as it is impactful.

New for 2025: One-on-One Sessions with Guild Members!

We’re excited to introduce a new opportunity this year: one-on-one sessions with Site Selectors Guild members. This fast-paced, focused networking block will allow economic developers to meet directly with multiple Guild members in a single hour.

Each participant will rotate through a series of 10-minute conversations with Guild members, offering an opportunity to build relationships, share insights about your community or sites, and ask questions in a small group setting.

There are a limited number of slots available. All attendees who register and pay by August 1 will be entered into a lottery for a spot, and those selected will be assigned to a room with Guild members.  Each selected attendee may bring up to two additional attendees to their sessions.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with top site selection professionals in an efficient and high-impact format. Don’t miss it!

We will see you in Indianapolis!
